- Teziir is refounded on Tazaiir Bay of the Dragonmere by the Mlaerae, merchants from Westgate, because they see no way to break the power of the Night Masks and other corrupt factions dominating the city.[1]

- Thongameir "Stormspells" Halagoth gains the services of a young bronze dragon as his mount. The two are often seen flying around Thongameir's hidden mountain keep, Narthtowers.[1]
