1347 DR in conflicts

  • In Tethyr, Crown Prince Alemander V and General Sharboneth start a fire that consumes Castle Tethyr, killing both of them as well as King Alemander IV and the rest of the royal family. In the Ten Black Days of Eleint, from the 13th to the 22nd of Eleint, Tethyr is wracked with hysteria. Nobles are slain and many castles and temples destroyed, while hundreds of innocent folk with any connection to the royal family are murdered.[1] The Tethyrian civil war begins.[2][3]
  • An evil creature appears in the Bloodstone Mines in Damara, killing hundreds of miners and bringing its bloodstone mining operation, responsible for almost half of Damara's bloodstone revenue, to a halt.[4]
  • A Zhentish army allied with an orc horde wipes out Hulburg on the Moonsea. The city of Hulburg is no more. The only people that remain are a few in outlying areas.[1]
