- Syl-Pasha Akkabar el Shoon dies in mysterious circumstances.[1]

- Akkabar is succeeded as ruler of Calimshan and Tethyr by Amahl III. Amahl crowns himself qysar, or "emperor", and joins the two realms together as the Shoon Imperium.[1]
- Amahl III installs Rahman Cormal, his brother-in-law, as ruler of Tethyr, commencing the Cormal Dynasty there.[1]
