Deaths in 633 DR
- After toiling for years, Demron completes Keryvian, the Arms-Major of the Akh'Velahr's Foebane and the greatest of the Baneblades. Demron succumbs to exhaustion due to his work on the blade, dying two days after the final magics are set into the sword.[1] In honor of his work for the city and his magecraft, House Ammath and numerous other contributors fund a temple to Demron's patron god Azuth, which is built on and around Demron's Tower over the next four years. Once complete, Demron's remains are the first interred in the temple's crypts.[citation needed]
633 DR in conflicts
- After a year-long siege, Iyraclea uses the Gatekeeper's Crystal and utterly destroys the city of Myth Ondath, including its mythal.[1]
Miscellaneous
- A Talassan heretic named Tothur appears in the western Shaar, displaying the Chanting Chain, a holy relic of Talos. Orthodox Talassans attack him continuously for more than 200 years but his success, powers and extended lifespan seem to prove his piety over the church and a scattered cult forms around his teachings in the Shaar and the Tashalar.[2]
