A Merchant's Sagacity was a book written by the merchant Blackthorn Belgadar.[1][2]
The original copy was kept in Candlekeep as well as the Leaves of Learning library, around the Year of Wild Magic, 1372 DR.[2][3]
Contents[]
Within the book, Belgadar sarcastically wrote how books were great resources for individuals to learn about the mistakes of others' in order to make more profound mistakes of their own.[1]
He mused about the doom that resided within individuals and how it waited for the precise moment to present itself.[1]
