The Abbey of the Rose was a secret temple to Amaunator in shadovar-dominated Sembia in the mid-to-late 15th century DR.[1] Former, however, the site was sacred to Mask.[2]
Location[]
It was located in a valley in the Thunder Peaks,[3] near the river Draal before it joined the river Arkhen, east of the Thunder Peaks.[4]
Defenses[]
The abbey was protected by the spirits of Elgrin Fau, led by Avnon Des.[5] It was made invisible from the shadovar thanks to these spirits.[6]
History[]
However, in the Year of the Awakened Sleepers, 1484 DR, the Oracle released the spirits[5] and so Sayeed and Zeeahd invaded the Abbey with their pack of spined devils.[7]
