Abi-Dalzim's horrid wilting, also known as horrid wilting,[7][6] was a necromancy spell that damaged a creature via dehydration.[5][3][1]
Effect[]
Horrid wilting caused moisture to evaporate from bodies of living creatures, causing injury. This was particularly harmful to water elementals and plant creatures.[3]
Components[]
The spell required verbal, somatic, and material components. The material required was a piece of sponge,[2] which could be replaced by an arcane focus.[8]
