Agundar Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Agundar.[1][2]

Location[]

The Agundar Villa was situated on the corner of Copper Street and Hassantyr's Street,[3][4][5][6] in the North Ward of Waterdeep.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Structure[]

This building complex consisted of two high quality buildings, one that was three stories tall and another that stood a single story tall,[1][2] one being the mansion proper and the other a guesthouse. Like many Waterdhavian villas, it was a walled estate featuring a landscaped garden.[7][note 1]
