Akpahlurik Lake was a lake in the Alpuk region of the Great Glacier.[1]
Description[]
Akpahlurik Lake was a salt water lake with an average depth of between 5 to 20 feet (1.5 to 6.1 meters). Along the southern shore, oil desposits oozed from the lake bed. The oil was skimmed and collected from the water.[1]
Geography[]
Akpahlurik Lake was located in eastern Alpuk, between the Lugalpgotak Sea and the Keryjek Ridge.[2]
