Alcheringa was a philosophy followed by the Osslanders of Osse.

They revered ancestral heroes as totems and believed that the stars were the spirits of their ancestors.[1] One of these was Tumbarum, revered as the spirit of music.[1]

"Alcheringa" is a word in the Aranda language referring to the Dreamtime in Indigenous Australian beliefs.
