The Almraiven Peninsula was a rocky peninsula in west Faerûn's Lands of Intrigue region, named after the mountain chain that was part of it - the Alimir Mountains.[2]
Geography[]
This peninsula was within the borders of both eastern Calimshan[2][3] and eastern Tethyr.[4] It included the Qartan Hills[5] and eastern expanse of the Darthiir Wood that stretched alongside it.[6] It was framed by the Shining Sea to the south and the Lake of Steam to the north.[1]
Notable Locations[]
- The main thorough fairs of the peninsula were the Pevadaas Trail, Narrows Trail, and Dragon Turtle Trail.[1]
History[]
At the height of Shanatar's power in -8100 DR, the Underdark depths of the Almraiven Peninsula were within its borders.[7][8][9]
