Ammakyl Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Ammakyl.[1][2][3]

Location[]

The villa was located in the eastern section of Waterdeep's Sea Ward on Vondil Street with the west side of the villa touching Shield Street and the east side touching Copper Street.[4][5][6][7]

Description[]

There were four buildings within the walled estate with gardens in between. Two of the buildings were much larger than the others. Each building was one or two stories tall.[3]
