Amrik Vanthampur (pronounced: /ˈɑːmrɪk ˈvɑːnθɑːmpɛrAM-rik VAN-tham-per[4]) was the second youngest son of Thalamra Vanthampur of Baldur's Gate in the late 15th century DR.[2]

Amrik was born to Thalamra Vanthampur and her second husband.[2]

By the Year of Twelve Warnings, 1494 DR,[note 1] Amrik ran a moneylending business in the tavern known as the Low Lantern.[3]
