The amulet of lost voices allowed one to commune with the dead.[1]
Description[]
The amulet featured the holy symbol of Jergal set upon a beaded chain.[1]
Powers[]
The amulet granted its wearer with the power to converse with the dead multiple times each day and ask a handful of questions of their subject. This power would only work when directed at the remains of intelligent creatures that were recently deceased.[1]
Interestingly enough, the recently deceased often refused to have conversations with their killers.[1]
History[]
As of the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR, one amulet of lost voices was found interred with the undead being known as Withers.[1]
