Arkhen the Icy was a Master Sorcerer who lived in the Conclave of Silverymoon during the mid-14th century DR. He ran a college of magic, called Arkhen's Invocatorium, that specialized in the arcane education of sorcerers.[1]
Within the college, Arkhen had animated nearly all the furnishings and controlled them at will.[1]

Arkhen was particularly known for his strict demeanor and sarcastic sense of humor.[1]
