The armor of the sporekeeper was rare enchanted variety of light armor created to boost the abilities of the Circle of Spores druids sometime before the late 15th century DR.[1]

Powers[]

The wearer of the armor of the sporekeeper was granted a boost in weaving magics that dealt in necrotic energies, their spells were harder to dodge or break and the amount of necrotic damage dealt was increased. When a druid tapped into their symbiotic entity ability, the armor of the sporekeeper allowed them to spread bibberbang mushroom spores that created poisonous noxious clouds, timmask mushroom spores that poisoned and befuddled affected creatures, as well as haste spores that boosted allies' speed.[1]

History[]

This set of unique armor was said to had once been enriched by a myconid sovereign's spores. In the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR, the armor of the sporekeeper ended up in the hands of a powerful mummy lord of Baldur's Gate – the Mystic Carrion. The magic armor and its undead master could be found in Philgrave's Mansion in the Gate's Lower City.[1]
