The Trades District of Athkatla was home to a great number of the city's merchants.[1] It was located in the northeast section of the city, north of the Alandor River, next to the Temple, Gem, and River Districts. Leading out of the city was the Meirtyn Gate.[2]
Notable Locations[]
- The Antlers of Andurl: a festhall and hunter's dining club connected with the Tessaerlee cult.[3]
- The Atrium, a financial hub through which most of Athkatla's paperwork flowed.[4]
- Dunstul's Pump: this literal watering hole was a popular meeting place for Athkatlans.[1]
- The Black Frog: a popular local tavern.[1]
- The North Side, a neighborhood populated by Athkatlans with plenty of wealth but little influence within the city.[5]
- The Waft, a street lined with shops selling aromatic goods, from perfume to spice.[6]
