Badiyah al-Sa'id al-Sahim was an elf and a skilled flame mage living in the Free City of Qadib in north Zakhara in 1367 DR.[note 1][1]

In addition to running the University of Flame Mages, Badiyah was also a member of the Sultan's court.[1]

Badiyah was rumored to be a secret member of the Brotherhood of the True Flame.[1]
