Bagels were round bread rolls, distinguished by a round hole in the middle. This bread had a chewy texture and was served sprinkled with sesame or poppy seeds.[1]
Availability[]
A local specialty, bagels were served at the Waukeen's Rest inn, a prominent layover spot between Elturel and Baldur's Gate.[1]
