Baiyen Chergova was the head of the refectory of the Thayan enclave within the city of Proskur as well as its head provisioner, around 1372 DR. He was employed by the Guild of Foreign Trade, serving as a mid-ranking employee therein.[1]
Activities[]
Along with his wife, Hama, and three generations of family members, Baiyen was responsible for preparing and cooking hundreds of meals a weeks for the enclave's ranking members of Guild of Foreign Trade and Red Wizards of Thay. While Hama focused on the cooking, Baiyen was specifically charged with ordering the food and managing the serving staff. Many of their dishes were prepared from food that came from the local Proskuran marketplaces.[1]

Above the dining hall, Baiyen and his family maintained a rooftop garden where they grew a large number of uncommon produce goods.[1]
