Balacer Macefist

Commander Balacer Macefist was a human officer in charge of the Golden Fortress Military Academy in Eshpurta, Amn, circa the Year of the Shield, 1367 DR.^[1]^[3]

Activities[]

Balacer Macefist oversaw the The Golden Fortress, the primary garrison and training facility of the Council Army in eastern Amn, with a total of 25,000 troops, officers, instructors, and trainees. Commander Macefist took orders from General Labak Craumerdaun but could act independently to aid the nearby city of Eshpurta if needed.^[1]^[2]
