The Steeps was a district in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate, located between the Old Wall and eastern side of Gray Harbor.[1]

- Water Queen's House: This temple to Umberlee was a popular destination for the great many Baldurians whose livelihoods depended on sailing, fishing or otherwise required the blessing of the "fickle mother" of the sea.[3]
