Baldurian mash was a common type of a vegetable dish served in the city of Baldur's Gate, the Western Heartlands, and the West Faerûn in the late 15th century DR.[1]

Description[]

The dish was a 1 pound (0.45 kilograms) assembly of plated mashed vegetables, roasted potatoes, with tomatoes and spring onions on top. All of that piping hot food was crowned with a perfectly fried egg.[1]

History[]

As of the late 15th century DR, platters of Baldurian mash were served in eateries across the Chionthar Valley, west of Elturel and in the city of Baldur's Gate, as well as the Waukeen's Rest inn along the Risen Road.[1]
