Senior Fury Barasta Cleeith was a wealthy noblewoman of House Lurraxol who lived in Athkatla during the mid–14th century DR She a high-ranking Waukeenar priestess at Goldenspires as well as a member of the Knights of the Shield as of the Year of the Tankard, 1370 DR.[1][3][2]

She invested much effort in trading with Maztica, via her estate in New Amn.[2] Her business successes over the years proved her devotion to the Golden Lady.[1]
Her other concern was undermining the nomination of her rival Daerea Ethgil, a fellow priestess at Goldspires, for membership in the Knights.[2]

Barasta was the daughter of the Amnian noble Lord Lurraxol and the wife of fellow noble Lord Cleeith.[1][2]
While she served at Goldpsires, Barasta became the oldest and most trusted confidant of Holycoin Tharundar Olhem, the High Priest of the entire Faerûnian church of Waukeen.[2]

Barasta became a senior priestess of Waukeen at the abbey of Goldspires outside Athkatla.[2]
Following Maztica's disastrous war with sahuagin, Lady Barasta redoubled her efforts investing in the region.[2]
