Barkskin Armor was a suit of enchanted hide armor imbued with protective forest aegis magic.[1]
Description[]
The hide of this armor was decorated with bark motifs reminiscent of the oak tree.[1]
Powers[]
The forest aegis that gave the armor its protective quality was similar to that of a permanent barkskin spell. It also improved the wearer's constitution, allowing them to resist any magical or mundane effect that was aimed at the wearer's physique.[1]
History[]
One of these sets of hide armor belonged to the Harper quartermaster named Talli, who followed the High Harper Jaheira in the Shadow-cursed Lands in the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR.[1]
