Barmar had dark skin and short black hair. He wore a typical magistrate's robe.[1]
History[]
Around the time of the Shadovar invasion of Wheloon, Barmar and Farrain Graymoor oversaw the processing of prisoners at the docks of Eveningstar as they were loaded onto the Wheloon Prison boat.[1]
