Begging fakery was a scam recognized across the Realms. The beggar would acquire crutches, bandages and other assorted medical tools to fake injury and pull at people's heartstrings for coin.[1]
Aurora despised the practice and her Emporium refused to sell items for such purposes, but she grudgingly admitted that an interested scammer could create this image with individually bought items from the Emporium's medical section.[1]
