Beltcher was a Netherese bard who lived in Eileanar until its destruction in 3520 NY (−339 DR).[1]

The bard was an avid historian, and was fond of visiting the Library of Netheril, where he, Degliangeli, and Ebrard would pour over the texts within in search of historical insights and lore.[1]
