Belths were cooked trail foods, popular in the Moonsea North, alongside sausages and hardloaves.[1]
Description[]
A belth was a large pickle, wrapped in a jacket of crumbly dry pastry, made with copious amounts of lard or suet. Belths then were baked, sealing the juices in and keeping the pickles from spoiling.[1]
