Berellip Xorlarrin was a drow priestess of House Xorlarrin in Menzoberranzan in the 15th century DR.[2]

Berellip wore black robes with elaborate designs and spider-shaped charms.[4]

She was brash, loud, and stubborn.[5]
History[]
Berellip accompanied the expedition led by Ravel Xorlarrin to Gauntlgrym in the Year of the Reborn Hero, 1463 DR.[2] While there, her group came across Drizzt Do'Urden, Artemis Entreri, and Dahlia Sin'felle, who claimed to be agents of Bregan D'aerthe. Berellip remembered Entreri from his previous journey to Menzoberranzan, when she had dangled him over the ledge of the Clawrift while making love to him. She claimed he was her first colnbluth (non-drow) lover and said he was "quite skilled."[6]
But Berellip was killed by Artemis in the Year of the Awakened Sleepers, 1484 DR, after she imprisoned him and Dahlia in Q'Xorlarrin and allowed them to be tortured.[3]
Relationships[]
Berellip was the daughter of Matron Mother Zeerith Q'Xorlarrin.[4] Berellip had at least two "bastard sons," the second being Belween.[7]
