Bitterroot was an edible herb with meaty thick leaves and light pink or white flowers that could be found growing in the Delimbiyr Vale and Cormyr.[1]
Usage[]
Bitterroot was used to brew beverages[1] that often were an acquired taste and had a smoky flavor.[2]
- Bitterroot beer was an alcoholic drink brewed in Candlekeep and was a somewhat popular drink in the taprooms of Daggerford.[1]
- Bitterroot tea was a non-alcoholic drink brewed out of dried bitterroot and steeped in hot water, often served in Arabel[3] and Zhentil Keep,[4] and favored by both Storm Silverhand[5] and the Simbul.[6]
