The Black Spires of the Maiden was a temple devoted to Loviatar, the Maiden of Pain, located in Amn during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

The temple was located west of Ishla in the Vale of Wailing Women near the southern border with Tethyr.[1]
Activities[]
The Black Spires of the Maiden was the largest and wealthiest temple of Loviatar in Faerûn. Agents from the temple were distributed across the continent spreading Loviatar's "love."[1]
