Blacknee's Halfhappenstance was a well-appointed inn in Halfhap built around 1368 DR, and run by the halfling couple Buzzrip Blacknee and Broonella Blacknee.[2] The signboard displayed a lucky halfling finding a gold piece on the ground.[1]

The inn was served by a staff consisting of Buzzrip's family, along with many handsome keghands and pretty barmaids. It offered a full service of meals, accommodation, and luxurious baths. The inn had a stable that took care of the customer's mounts, no matter the type.[1]
