Bladesemmer Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Bladesemmer.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located in the eastern section of Waterdeep's Sea Ward on the northeast corner of where the Rough Road intersected Sul Street.[4][5][6][7]
Description[]
The walled compound contained several separate buildings arranged around a central garden. Each building stood between one and three stories tall.[3]
Defenses[]
The chambers of Tamaeril Bladesemmer, above the ground floor, were magically protected in various ways until at least 1355 DR.[8]
History[]
In early Flamerule of 1355 DR, Tamaeril Bladesemmer was assassinated by Amril Zoar while inside Bladesemmer House.[8][9]
