Description[]
This heavy-bodied wine had deep red tones complimented by a full taste with a slight afterbite.[2]
Blood Wine used shriveled grapes that only grew on vines rumored to be possessed by spirits who performed acts of cruelty during life.[2]

- Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue sold Blood Wine in a variety of containers.[2]
- The Candlekeep Inn had Blood wine on its drinks menu, charging 5 copper pieces per glass.[3]
- The Nashkel Inn in Amn carried Aglarond Blood Wine, charging 8 gold pieces per serving.[4]
- The popularity of Blood Wine reached Menzoberranzan, an infamous drow city in the Underdark. The wine was among goods imported into the City of Spiders from the surface world.[5]
