The Blue Alley was an alley in the Sea Ward of Waterdeep.[1]
A mad wizard lured adventurers into the alley to test their mettle, including undead skeletons still wearing ball gowns and fancy dress attire and dancing with each other.[1]
One building in particular was a trap-laden obstacle course that thoroughly tested anyone foolish enough to wander inside.[2]
