Borstag Duncastle was a merchant prince and an official of Ordulin in Sembia in the late 14th century DR.[1]

Borstag served as a representative of Sembia in matters involving industry, settlement, and trade in the Dalelands and the Moonsea.[1]
History[]
On Kythorn 4 in the Year of Lightning Storms, 1374 DR, Borstag was in Hillsfar where he, together with First Lord Maalthiir, dealt with Sarya Dlardrageth.[1]
Later in the Cormanthor War, before Flamerule 3, he was assassinated by the disguised daemonfey Teryani Ealoeth, who cut out and took his eyes.[2][3]
