The Bowels of the Earth was located in the central section of Waterdeep's Trades Ward on the southeast corner of where Simple's Street joined Snail Street.[2][3][4][5]

The tavern was a well-known spot for hiring mercenaries.[1]
Inhabitants[]
The Bowels of the Earth was owned by Blazidon One-Eye in the Year of Wild Magic, 1372 DR.[6]
