Brain-burn was a deadly poison that ruined any chances at magically drawing information from a dead body.[1]
Powers[]
Those struck with brain-burn died immediately and, furthermore, their corpses could not be interrogated magically.[1]
History[]
The moneylender Caethur employed brain-burn on the weapons he used to assassinate, including those he employed to kill a number of his debtors in early spring of the Year of Rogue Dragons, 1373 DR. Amongst those killed by brain-burn were Kamburan, Hammuras, Aldurl Nael, two others, and his own two bodyguards.[1]
