This potion was meant to recreate the physical sensation many people felt when falling in love. Unfortunately, or perhaps purposefully, it caused internal hemorrhaging within the digestive tract.[1]

As of the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR, Butterflies in the Stomach could only be found within Auntie Ethel's Ancient Abode.[1]
