Buttons, Boots, and Rags repaired and sold secondhand garments. The range of clothing available extended from high-quality apparel originating in Waterdeep to garments of significantly lower quality, such as those commonly worn by dock laborers. A significant portion of this stock was acquired through the Iron Ring administrators on Skull Island, who provided both fine apparel and bulk supplies of common clothing confiscated from slaves.[1]
Various services were offered such as altering existing clothing, hemming, and adjusting garments to fit larger sizes. Most alterations were completed in under two hours. Pricing was modest, with alteration costs averaging ten percent of a garment's original value, and used garments sold at standard market rates for their quality.[1]
