Buzzrip Blacknee was a halfling man who operated the Blacknee's Halfhappenstance inn of Halfhap alongside his wife Broonella Blacknee in the mid-to-late 14th century DR. They were assisted by their adult children Breena Blacknee, Billyup Blacknee, and Boldric Blacknee.[1]
