The Great Caesar was a ghost that haunted various parts of the Kingdom of Mertwig around the 14th century DR.[1]
Description[]
Caesar's ghostly form lacked any legs and was garbed in only a garland.[1]
Abilities[]
Strangely for a ghost, Caesar possessed the ability to cast or mimic the spell fireball.[1]
History[]
When King Mertwig was on the verge of death at age 65, various fortune hunters and individuals claiming to be his long-lost heirs scoured his kingdom in search of wealth and treasure.[2] During their journey to claim the throne, the would-be heirs of King Mertwig encountered and fought Caesar.[3]
