Beyond cosmetics and soaps, the establishment's most famous product was its whispering candle. It was crafted with a small fire mephit place within its tallow. As the candle burned, the mephit repeated back any phrases or noises it heard while the candle was being made.[1]

These candles were quite popular among a variety of folks, including the Baldurian patriar, who used them for their parties,[1] as well as groups like the Watch, the Flaming Fist and the Guild, who used them for discreet communication.[2]
