Powers[]
These capes were enchanted to give the wearer resistance to cold weather and cold magic, allowing them to survive even the harshest storms of the north. Additionally, these capes gave the wearer improved resistances to negative effects of magical and mundane nature.[1]
History[]
In late 14th century DR the capes of winter were commonly found among the possession of residents of far northern regions, frost giants, and other humanoid worshipers of Auril.[1]
