The Caravanserai of the Twisted Sword was a small caravanserai located in the city of Dhaztanar in Semphar during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

The Caravanserai of the Twisted Sword was located along the Silk Road within the Quarters of the Unclean district in east Dhaztanar. It lay in the northern section of the district near the Tarkhold River.[1]
