History[]
After the vampire Romanisk Vlaensk had taken over Stag Falls, he had the smith, Churles, brought into the castle to outfit his army. The smith's family was kept imprisoned as leverage.[1][3]
During his time in the castle, he ignored just about everyone who wasn't directly involved with his work.[4] Fellow residents in the castle did not believe this was because he was charmed, though.[3]
