The Citadel of the Raven is situated within the Dragonspine Mountains. It is 10 miles of interconnected fortresses on the western end of the Dragonspine mountains. Originally constructed by a long forgotten kingdom, it was rebuilt in 1276 DR by the Moonsea city states of Yulash, Zhentil Keep, Melvaunt, Thentia, Hillsfar and Mulmaster. In 1355 DR Zhentil Keep attacks its allies of the Moonsea, taking complete control of the mountain citadel.
Its battlements are primarily directed to the north and east, but it is still fortified from the south and west.
