Cragsmere Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Cragsmere.[1][2][3]

Location[]

The villa was located in the west section of Waterdeep's North Ward. It sat on the southeast corner of the intersection of Copper Street and Vondil Street at the border with the Sea Ward.[4][5][6][7]

Description[]

Three separate buildings were found within the walled villa compound. A garden and small pond were situated toward the center of the villa. The buildings were two or three stories tall.[3]
