Crowns of mastery were filled with magic that sparkled with energy. When worn, it boosted the owner's speed of reaction in battle, improved their manual dexterity, made healing dispensed by them more effective, and invigorated them, as well as granted them limited magical +1 protection.[1]
History[]
In the late 15th century DR, crowns of mastery were rare but could be encountered across the Sword Coast North area, namely by the bandits serving Desram in the Sword Mountains, raiders of the Crags, the city of Neverwinter, Thayan necromancers who laired in the Neverwinter Wood, and the vampires of the Illefarn led by the vampire lord Ozit.[1]
